Welcome to PharmaLeap! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PharmaLeap Research and Analytics Private Limited ("PharmaLeap") website, courses, and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, enrolling in courses, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. 2. Eligibility

To access certain features of our services, you must create an account. You agree to:

4. Course Enrollment and Access

4.1 Types of Courses

PharmaLeap offers two types of courses:

• Live Classes: Instructor-led live sessions conducted at scheduled times
• Self-Paced Courses: Pre-recorded courses available through our portal for lifetime access

4.2 Course Access Duration

Upon successful purchase of a self-paced course, you will have lifetime access to the course content, including all videos, materials, and resources. Live classes are accessible only during the scheduled session times and any provided recordings as per the course details.

4.3 Course Content

We strive to provide high-quality, accurate, and up-to-date course content. However, we reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue course content at any time without prior notice. We may also add new content or features to improve the learning experience.

5. Payment and Pricing

All course prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. By making a purchase, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees and charges associated with your purchase
• Provide valid and current payment information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already made.

6. Refund Policy

If you experience technical issues accessing your purchased course, please contact our support team at enquiry@pharmaleap.com, and we will work to resolve the issue.

7. Certificates

Upon successful completion of a course (completing all required modules and assessments), you will receive a certificate of completion. Certificates are digital and can be downloaded from your account dashboard. The certificate serves as proof of course completion and demonstrates your acquired knowledge and skills.

Certificates are for personal use and professional development. PharmaLeap does not guarantee that certificates will be recognized by any specific employer, educational institution, or professional body.

8. User Conduct

When using our services, you agree NOT to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Download, copy, or distribute course content without authorization
• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Upload viruses, malware, or any harmful code
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or instructors
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts our services
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our services

Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate termination of your account and access to our services.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the PharmaLeap platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, audio, software, and course materials, is the property of PharmaLeap or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course content solely for your personal educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or exploit any content without our prior written consent.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We do not guarantee any specific results from using our courses or services.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PharmaLeap and its affiliates, officers, employees, and instructors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of your account
• Any interruption or cessation of our services
• Any errors or omissions in course content

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PharmaLeap and its affiliates, officers, employees, and instructors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that we deem harmful to our platform or other users.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at enquiry@pharmaleap.com. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease, but you will retain access to any purchased courses as per our lifetime access policy.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PharmaLeap regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
